Joe is a personal trainer based in Wimbledon and Raynes Park. He has a passion for all things sports and works with a range of clients, including professional football players and youth academy players across multiple sports such as football, cricket, rugby, and running.
Joe's main focus is on progress, and through personal training, he aims to help clients get one step closer to their goals with each session.

Sam, a 26-year-old mixed martial arts competitor, recently returned from Thailand with an undefeated professional record. His experience in Muay Thai and MMA has enhanced his physical and mental abilities, which he now applies to his personal training sessions.
Sam's diverse training approach combines combat techniques, calisthenics, agility work, and targeted exercises for fat loss and muscle growth.
Train With GEmma
Gemma found balance, mental calm, and relief from depression and anxiety through yoga. She learned to connect her mind and body, and now shares these benefits with others through personalized one-on-one yoga sessions.
Gemma's teaching focuses on helping individuals achieve their own mind-body balance, tailoring each session to her students' unique needs.
